Even though it's obviously the shortest month, it always feels like the longest to me! We had a little bit of snow and a LOT of cold this month. For over a week, the temperature never got about 0 F. So the whole month we basically focused on trying some new recipes, spending time with our clowder of cats, and staying warm. We are looking forward to the rental opening in mid April, and looking forward to starting seeds for the gardens in March!
