January 2021 recap

January has been a fairly quiet month for us overall. We did have a HUGE wind storm mid-month that took down several trees in the neighborhood, but thankfully we didn't have any structural damage and we don't know of any injuries. Other than that, the guest house has been shut down for the season so we've been busy with some chores around our own house. Mike has also been working on his spoons (which we will advertise soon!), I've been doing more yoga this month (which is a magnet for our pets!), and we've also taken some hikes around the neighborhood.

February has been the snowiest, coldest and windiest month for us ever since we moved here, so we are gearing up for the next several weeks. Hopefully it's not too terrible this year!
