In September we closed the 2020 rental season. Thank you so much to everyone who chose to stay with us this year! We loved meeting all of you!
The other highlights of September were...
1. installing the new solar array at our house:
2. quickly harvesting and laying out protective sheets before the unexpected freeze we had on Labor Day:

3. my first attempt at canning, which was an epic failure. (thankfully Mike is much better at it, so we did can a ton already this fall!)
4. enjoying the views, as always :)
5. welcoming a new kitten to our outdoor "clan" of cats:
6. tolerating many days of terrible smoke:
7. and painting the guest house! As soon as we have smoke-free skies, I'll take updated exterior photos to show off the new colors. Any guesses what colors we chose?
